Charles E. Sackermann, Jr. - Principal: Mr. Sackermann is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a concentration in communication.  He has been actively involved in the telecommunications industry for many years with his expertise lying in site development and construction, site management, satellite teleport and cellular telephone communications.

Mr. Sackermann is currently president and stockholder of CSC Management, L.L.C., Tele-A-Page Communications, Inc. and the Alpine Tower Company.  In addition, he serves in a management capacity for American Communication Facilities, L.L.C., and Corporate Satellite Communications/Florida, Inc.  These companies are involved in all facets of the telecommunications industry and are actively providing services to a broad array of users.

Vernice Sackermann-Miller – Secretary and Treasurer/Managing Member:  Ms. Miller is a 25 year veteran in the telecommunications industry.  She is currently responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of several Sackermann family communication businesses.  She has extensive experience in accounting operations, customer billing, customer support and lease administration. Ms. Miller is a graduate of Bergen Community College.  She obtained a degree in Early Childhood Education.  She serves as a board member for various privately held companies.         

Kathleen Sackermann-McGovern – Executive Vice President/Managing Member:  Ms. McGovern is a 20 year veteran in the telecommunications industry.  Her responsibilities include overseeing the human resources department, negotiating the insurance for the businesses and employee benefits, handling payroll and assisting in the company accounting department.  Ms. McGovern is a graduate of Felician College with a Bachelor of Science degree.  She also has an RN degree and is certified by the state of New Jersey.  She serves as a board member for various privately held

John Vargo – Business Development-Sales:  John brings a broad range of business and technical expertise and a keen sense of entrepreneurial spirit to the CSC team, he will be primarily based in our New Jersey office.  John’s current focus includes Maritime and Aeronautical communications, as they relate to on-board information services and Supply Chain (cargo) Management. John will establish and support our sales channels abroad and assist with contract fulfillment for V-SAT and Teleport services.  Early in his career he was instrumental in launching Sprint International voice services. John then joined Comsat to launch the International Ventures group (CIV), resulting in 8 teleport JV’s in Latin America & E. Europe. As President of Plexsys, John revived the cellular infrastructure manufacturer into a leading rural and developing country system provider, initiating wireless services throughout Latin America, Africa and E. Europe/Russia.  John was a regional finalist for Inc. Entrepreneur of the Year and a Wash. DC Business Journal top 10 growth company (Plexsys). John served on the Board of Directors for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA). John has a BS and MBA from Lehigh University.

Alfredo Procoli - Senior International Marketing and Sales Professional. Alfredo Procoli, born in Italy in 1964, B.S. Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mississippi State University (1987); M.S. Degree in Nuclear Engineering, University of Illinois (1990). Employed in US Government sponsered research programs for the development of advanced solid-state optical components used in satellite and space applications. After his M.S. degree, Alfredo relocated back to Europe to work in the aerospace industry for Aeritalia, Alenia Spazio, Telespazio, and Dataspazio as a Project Leader in the ESA space programs Hermes, Artemis, ATV and Metop. Returning to the US in 1997, he led the Italian Engineering and Operations team employed in the Iridium Satellite Control Center in Leesburg, VA.

From 2000 to 2009, Alfredo represented the Italian company Telespazio in the US as Sales Account Manager, Business Development Director and Marketing Strategy Advisor for commercial projects in terrestrial and maritime markets. He acquired multi-million dollar contracts in teleport services and satellite bandwidth leasing for major US DoD contractors. As of 2010 Alfredo Procoli has been operating as an International Business Development and Marketing/Sales consultant for several maritime projects providing satellite services, telecommunications, and advanced IT solutions with the intent to increase business between Italian and US companies. He has built new commercial channels for the sale of high value services like surveillance, telemetry diagnostics, ship tracker, telemedicine and digital signage board.

Kevin Collins - Network Development: A graduate of Rutgers University, he has been involved in the telecommunications industry for a number of years.  Prior to that he was an operations manager for a crane/rigging/specialized hauling company, and spent eight years as a teacher in the New Jersey school system. He currently specializes in marketing new sites to carriers, providing detailed engineering particulars involved in installations, and acts as a liaison between site owners and wireless providers.

David Amundsen - Director of Engineering: Mr. Amundsen oversees the technical and operational aspects of the CSC family of companies. In particular, he directs CSC's teleport and tower site operations. He also directs the planning and implementation of special projects including wireless communications installations and relocations. Mr. Amundsen has an extensive background in the design, implementation and maintenance of microwave and satellite communications systems. His career began in the cable television industry where he managed a headend and microwave engineering office. In addition to proficiencies in video, RF and satellite systems his competencies include project management and the management and training of staff. David is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology.

Brad Bliss – Site Supervisor: Mr. Bliss brings over ten years experience in the direct day-to-day management of major wireless telecommunication facilities including TV & FM station installations, as well as tower structural maintenance.
His extensive training includes OSHA site safety instruction, certification from NARDA on RFE measurement, ComTrain tower climbing certification, and certification from Anritsu on their site master line sweeping equipment.

Randy Bleiweiss - Technical Engineer: After attending Cortland State University of New York, Mr. Bleiweiss has been involved in the design and implementation of cable television headend facilities for such companies as TCI Cable, Cellular Vision, Cablevision, Millennium Communications, US Cable, as well as various independent contractor and consultant positions. He brings his engineering expertise to a variety of applications including broadband and satellite system design, microwave, wireless, video, broadband digital and data systems.

Jason Taormina – Project Engineer: Jason graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2005 with a degree in electrical engineering. While at school, he participated in extended cooperative education assignments at Schindler Elevator, Datascope Corporation and the New York City Transit Authority. Jason had worked at CSC as an intern during high school, and worked on special projects while in college. He has been a full-time employee working as a project engineer since May of 2005. Among his responsibilities are the acquisition and management of new communication sites in the rural areas of eastern Pennsylvania, central New York and western New Jersey. Jason has also spent considerable time managing the Miami Earth Station, as well as recruiting and training new personnel. Jason has gained experience in all aspects of CSC business and operations.

Helio J. Gonzalez – Miami Teleport Manager: Mr. Gonzalez has more than 30 years of experience in the satellite communications field. An electrical engineer graduate of the University of Havana in 1972 majoring in telecommunications, he started his career in 1973 at Caribe Earth Station where he was the principal engineer for 15 years.  In addition he worked as a satellite communications adviser at Emtelcuba and ETECSA a Cuban telecommunications company, and as an antenna design adviser at Cuban Industrial Enterprise. He received additional training at Alcatel in France and at Intelsat in Washington D.C. He dictated satellite communications courses and conferences at ISPJAE Technology University of Havana, ETECSA and Teachers College at Columbia University. He has also written many articles for various technical magazines.
